      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; My 1 year old printer does what sounds like cleaning activities then, when about to print, emits a loud grating sound followed by an error message that states there is a object clogging something.&amp;nbsp; There is none.Support Code 5100.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a cartridge carriage problem, the 5100 is related to a serious error with the cartridges or the print head. Check for some kind of obstruction around the heads and the rollers. Open all doors and make a very careful examination of the inside of the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
