      <title>GX2020 Stopped duplex printing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a Magnify GX2020 last Sep (2025) and in the past week, it has just &lt;STRONG&gt;stopped&lt;/STRONG&gt; printing (and scanning) auto-duplex, even when I set it up in the print dialogue box from my Mac. I'm running MacOS Sequoia 15.7.4 and have the latest printer's Firmware: 4.030.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can no longer find the settings on the printer (or using the Remote UI) to configure this.&amp;nbsp;It's like the settings for 1-sided/2-sided and 2-sided/2-sided have simply disappeared &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
