&lt;P&gt;We need to know exactly which printer in the PIXMA TR7500 series you have.&amp;nbsp; You'll find the model number at the lower right corner of the printer's operation panel.&amp;nbsp; That's the panel with the buttons and LCD screen on it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you could please let us know exactly what the error message says, that would really help us all out.&lt;/P&gt;
