TR8620a Printing Word docs in reverse order, PDFs are OK

I have a TR8620a which is printing my Word documents backwards. I saw an option to choose "print from last page" if I wanted but it was not checked. It prints my PDFs in the correct order though. I am using Windows 11pro on a PC.

Anyone have a fix?

Hi ACare,

Please check the settings in Word following these steps:

1. Open Word.

2. Click on File in the upper left and then Options at the bottom.

3. Click on Advanced.

4. Scroll down to the Print section and uncheck "Print pages in reverse order".

5. Click OK.

Patrick, thank you for this! All of the suggestions prior had to do with the printer settings. This was the issue - the settings in Word were to print in reverse order for some reason. I appreciate your help!
