Hi, my Canon PIXMA iX6820 is suddenly printing faded and blotchy—mostly magenta, sometimes cyan. The printer is new (opened December) and I’ve only ever used genuine Canon cartridges. I’ve tried all troubleshooting: multiple cleanings, new cartridges, different paper, and manual printhead cleaning—nothing works. This is my only printer for my print-on-demand greeting card business, and I have orders due Friday. April is my busiest month and this shop is my only income. How do I fix this quickly?

This is the guide to trouble shoot fading or incorrect colors for your printer. A nozzle check will help determine if this could be a settings issue or internal printer problem.
