      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to print from my computer and first got the error code 5000. When I restarted the printer I started to get 1403.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can do myself to fix the problem? The cartridges shouldn't be empty, there also isn't a light on the printer indicating they are running low.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;None of the above suggestions worked in a reliable way. The printer is now working after being off and unplugged for a week. I had previously turned it off and unplugged for a day at a time and it did not resolve the issue. Clearly something triggered the 5000 code and the printer was not letting me do a factory reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What steps can I take to prevent this from happening in the future. The ink cartridges are half way full and are not damaged and the sensors are not dirty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
