how do I remove the printhead on this printer to do a cleaning manually

Greetings ,

I didn't find any specific instructions for removing the printhead on the TS6420. To remove a printhead the carrier has to be in the center of the printer. Remove the ink cartridges and then move its lock lever.

Before removing, I perform a cleaning with the printhead installed.

the printhead is on the actual ink cartridge? I'm really starting to think it's not my issue

brand new two ink cartridges. but I'm getting nothing but blue tint faded prints or it kinda has like these almost blue digital splotches. if that makes any sense. or if you've ever experienced that.
