      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a Canon TS6420 desktop printer that is barely a year old.&amp;nbsp; It was printing last week and now it will not print; message on screen says 'shut down and contact service center'.&amp;nbsp; I have not printed anything in a week or more.&amp;nbsp; Have unplugged, rebooted, etc. and still get the same message. Help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This error is associated with possibly a paper jam or a ink cartridge problem. Check the printer for any paper in the feed path also reseat the ink cartridges then power the printer off for a minute and back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
