It appears that on the MacOS (I'm running Tahoe now, but I also looked at the Sonoma and Sequoia software), there is no custom driver, only AirPrint, and AirPrint does not support Tile/Poster printing. The only custom driver I can find that supports this is for Windows running on an Intel CPU (so I can't use it on a MacBook with an Apple CPU). This is extremely annoying. The Easy Layout app isn't available for the Mac, either.

Please tell me I'm misunderstanding and there's some way to do Tile/Poster printing on my Mac. I just bought this printer recently. This is unacceptable.

All the Canon drivers for both Mac and Windows are located here along with utilities and print programs.

Been there, done that. No Canon driver. It uses Apple AirPrint.
