    <description>&lt;P&gt;As an MG3620 owner, I think and hope I am right, your color cartridge has one ink chamber either empty or defective, in other words it needs to be replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>PIXMA MG3620 printer blue will not print</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;great little printer is refusing to print in blue - so much read&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;have gone through all the suggestions any help greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;done the deep clean, nozzle clean - taken the ink out put it back in&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;on check the top line C is completely empty&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the second line C is sold and light blue the magenta and yellow look fine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;black is fine -&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="unnamed.jpg" style="width: 749px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/74238i706586B3A4C50E40/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="unnamed.jpg" alt="unnamed.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
