      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Brendawesterman,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve the error, please remove both ink cartridges from your printer and ensure that any tape that may be on the bottom of the ink cartridges has been removed, then re-insert the ink cartridges back in the printer, ensuring that they are in their respective slots.&amp;nbsp; Next, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the back and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you still experience difficulty, please &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
