      <title>MG3522 Scanning failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My MG3522 will scan preview but will not scan print.&amp;nbsp; It causes the computer to lock up and I have to reboot to clear.&amp;nbsp; I have reloaded the printer software to no avail.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using windows 10,&amp;nbsp; 2021-04 update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My printer is connected wirelessly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using the IJ scanner&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Utility with Open Office Writer Version 4.1.9&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope this helps,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dennis&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dennis777,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please click on the Windows Start button in the lower left corner of your computer's screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; In the menu that appears, click on the Canon Utilities folder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; In that folder, click on the IJ Scan Utility&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the IJ Scan Utility opens, is the "Canon MG3500 series Network" listed at the top?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, click the DOCUMENT button.&amp;nbsp; Does an error appear?&amp;nbsp; If you get an error, what error code appears at the bottom?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
