Canon TS7720. Installed 285 and 286 ink cartridges. Told to install appropriate cartridges. Support Code 1403

Are they genuine Canon Cartridges? If so make sure you removed any protective tape from the cartridges. Here is a few hint to clear the code:

Damaged Print Head: The error code 1403 indicates that the print head may be damaged.
Incorrect Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the 285 and 286 ink cartridges are installed correctly.
Incompatible Cartridges: Verify that the cartridges are compatible with the Canon TS7720 model.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer and then turn it back on. This can sometimes reset the error.
Check Cartridge Installation:
