    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using Canon inks or third party?&amp;nbsp; While it's permissible to use third-party inks, sometimes their quality can be questionable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Start by removing the black ink cartridge from the printer.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you have removed all of the tapes from the cartridge.&amp;nbsp; Make sure the contacts on the printer cartridge are clean.&amp;nbsp; Also inspect the cartridge receptacle on the printer. Make sure its contacts are clean.&amp;nbsp; With the printer powered off, you can use a Q-Tip with alcohol but be gentle.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unplug the printer from power, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.&amp;nbsp; Now reconnect the printer to power and reinsert the cartridge until it clicks and locks in place.&amp;nbsp; Turn the printer on.&amp;nbsp; Results?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;TS6520. I just bought. I ran out of b lack ink. When I replaced the cartridge I was told I didn't have a black cartridge. I tried another new cartridge and got the same message&lt;/P&gt;
