      <description>&lt;P&gt;We apologize, however TS6400 is the series, not the printer model. The model will be on the front of the printer or on top, you may need to lift the paper tray to see it. As far as ink is concerned, we can't really troubleshoot 3rd party ink, because we don't know what's in it, the quality, or if it is actually what they say it is.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd recommend grabbing Canon ink cartridges to perform a deep cleaning to see if that resolved the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Basically the problem gets created by using a non Canon cartridge.&amp;nbsp; ##CANON provides no support here.&amp;nbsp; Don't expect it!!!!&amp;nbsp; It's a joke.I found I was within my warranty and exchanged for a new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
