topic How can I print borderless at actual size on PIXMA iX6820? in Desktop Inkjet Printers

I've been struggling to print round labels all day and am so frustrated. The 2" round labels that I'm using print vert close to the edge (Online Labels template OL5375). When I put in the exact margins needed, they are less than the printer's default minimum, so it reverts to the minimum and the edges are cut off. However, when I select borderless, I am unable to print at actual size, so I get an enlarged, lower quality version of my images, that still doesn't fit the label sheet. I've wasted so many hours, paper, and ink. What am I missing here? I have a Macbook M4, Sequioa 15.6.

For reference, I'm printing on 8.5 x 11 paper. The margins I need are .38 on top/bottom and .16 on left/right.

Greetings,

I'm happy to take a look at your labels but if they're smaller than the printable margins supported by the printer you're not going to be able to change that.

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/PrinterDriver/M/iX6800%20series/1.0/EN/PPG/dg-duplex.html

Borderless printing can apply to labels but you'd probably have to set the margins to zero and set the zoom to a percentage less than 100 to keep the text from bleeding off the edges. I would suggest making plain paper copies of the labels, and use those to dial in your settings. This way you aren't burning labels trying to get your printing to fit.
