    <description>&lt;P&gt;There is nothing jammed, the printer will pull two pages through just fine and jams on the third one- the first two just shoot out blank. I have followed all the steps of reseating my brand new ink cartridges I have checked every where for jams, nothing is there. Please help, this printer has been TERRIBLE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the same message once and then it went away but it won't print. It scans, copies just fine, but no printing. It will make the noises and the paper will pass through, but no ink on the page! So frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
