      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&amp;nbsp; I have already done all of those steps and still nothing.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I think I've got a lemon, but I'll contact support directly.&amp;nbsp; It might just be a bad part or something.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
