Canon Pixma TS6350 problem with printing A4 photos

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a Canon Pixma TS6350 to print photos, but I'm having some problems with it. When I print photos on A4 paper, the first sheet only gets printed about 2/3, then the ink fades to blank. Then a second sheet gets printed normally, even though I input only one sheet. I've tried it multiple times, it only happens with A4 photo print. I also had the issue with 10x15 paper where the printer would leave the middle blank, but I resolved it by installing a windows update. Has anyone encountered this issue or could provide a solution?
