    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently, I started having the problem where i receive a 1000 error code when printing from my Mac. &amp;nbsp;It says I need to add paper to the rear cassette, although there is paper in the main cassette. &amp;nbsp;I am able to use the copy feature and it prints fine. &amp;nbsp;I also was able to print from my mobile device. &amp;nbsp;I downloaded the most recent firmware and still receive the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
