I owe $39.59 in printing overages and cannot afford the price tag. Can changing to a better print plan (such as the Frequent Printing plan) help cover the cost, or will I still be stuck with this bill even after increasing the number of pages I can roll over to?

Greetings,

Increasing your plan after the fact does not absolve you for the overage you incurred in a previous month. It should however offer a more manageable price moving forward. I understand it can be difficult to gauge your printing needs, so it's better to subscribe to a higher plan that covers you in case you're printing needs fluctuate largely from month to month.

The plans are pretty reasonable so it seems you printed a high number of additional pages.

I suggest you contact the Canon sales team to discuss. They can help you identify the plan that will be best for you.
