      <title>TS6420 has stopped printing and copying, error code 2500</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon Pixma TS6420 - has been working great for years.&amp;nbsp; I went to print from my MacBook Air today and it made printing noises for a very long time and eventually produced a blank piece of paper with no printing.&amp;nbsp; Ever since, all attempts at printing or copying results in the same behavior - a lot of internal noises for a long time, then a blank piece of paper.&amp;nbsp; The first time it did it, it "may" have shown an error code of 7500 but I could have misread that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have powered it down (from front panel and unplugged it). I have reinstalled the drivers to my laptop.&amp;nbsp; I have performed a factory reset from the menu.&amp;nbsp; I have removed and reinstalled the ink cartridges.&amp;nbsp; All with the same results.&amp;nbsp; A nozzle check only produces a blank piece of paper after a long time.&amp;nbsp; I tried a printhead alignment and it ran for a long time then failed (I believe the code was 2500).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
