      <title>Not getting cartridges via subscription despite being charged</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I registered my Canon printer, I signed up for a monthly subscription plan. &amp;nbsp;My thought was that I would automatically get the printer cartridges I needed when they ran low. &amp;nbsp;I am being charged by Canon, but I am not receiving anything. &amp;nbsp;I just had to change my cartridge myself with an individual one that I purchased locally. &amp;nbsp;I am around the 100 pages per month threshold that I signed up for. &amp;nbsp;Am I expecting something from Canon that I shouldn't be? &amp;nbsp;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to have a compatible printer first off, and it must be on a Wifi connections not aUSB/printer cable&amp;nbsp; if wifi cannot operate at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
