      <description>&lt;P&gt;thank you for the fast reply! sadly, it says that the printer is online but will not print and will not finishing installing. installer for the mp drivers error out with "installation failed" &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
