    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought my&amp;nbsp;MegaTank PIXMA G6020 Wireless All-in-One Printer&amp;nbsp;in 2020. Never had any problems with scanning until the past year I started getting this error message "failed to open a connection to the device." &amp;nbsp;I have a MacBook (macOS Monterey v. 12.7.6). &amp;nbsp; When this happened a few months ago I was able to get it working after downloading the latest driver but I am getting the error again and nothing I have tried is working. &amp;nbsp;It is a wireless connection and prints fine but will not scan. &amp;nbsp;I did the manual wi-fi set up. I downloaded the latest driver. &amp;nbsp;Nothing works. &amp;nbsp;Please help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suggest you change the connection to a USB printer cable along with running the setup again.&lt;/P&gt;
