    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, new guy here, new TS3722 printer getting "canceled the process because an error has occurred"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hoping someone can help out, I'm definitely no printer whiz. Set it up right now, I somehow managed to print a detailed Network Configuration Page (actually three pages) including a diagnostic result of "there is no problem" so I'm assuming it's copacetic.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to print out a document from the mobile app on my samsung galaxy phone and I keep getting "canceled the process because an error has occurred.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I power cycled the printer and restarted the phone, no change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any advice will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Rick,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, just got home - holiday traveling!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I've got the Canon Print app on my phone. When I first connected to my phone via wifi a "network results" three page doc printed out. I then tried to print out a doc from my drive and got that error msg. I restarted my phone, powered the printer down/back up again then retraced my steps and same results - network results doc printed out then when I tried to print something got that error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a VPN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks so much for your interest and apologies for late response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Al&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;shadowsports, I reread and noticed you'd asked if I could print from a computer, no. we have an old emachines windows 7 pc which is unable to interact with the printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
