    <description>&lt;P&gt;The only thing to try is unplugging it from the wall, waiting a minute, plug it back in. If that does not resolve the problem I think you will need a new printer. Service is not worth the cost&amp;nbsp; for a two year old printer. I believe the TS3720 is very much like the TS2722.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I’ve had my Pixma ##TS3722 for about 2 years now, just recently I tried to use it &amp;amp; noticed that the green light still powers on but my printer itself doesn’t turn on, does anyone know how to resolve this&lt;/P&gt;</description>
