Hi folks,

Frustrated "dragon slayer" here. I bought the above-mentioned printer in November 2025 and installed it to my computer via wi-fi. I've since moved to the other side of the country (south to north) and had to reinstall it again. I've tried twice and it will print (that's being generous) but it will no longer print double sided, or recognize the formatting on the document. I'm also not getting the fax feature I had before. I'm needing help "sooner rather than later" and see Canon, like so many other computer manufacturers are primarily using the frustrating AI generated questions/answers. Reinstalling was no easy feat as it wants you to go the tiny printer screen and enter the information for connection. I did this twice to no avail and am now discouraged, disappointed and frustrated. Is there any help for an "ol" hide that is barely hanging on to a semblance of understanding the progressive state of computers/printers and software?
