&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you continue to experiencing difficulties, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://mycanon.usa.canon.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G6020 and then click on the Product Support button.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it really true that the printer will not even print b/w only if one of the color tanks is 1/4 full?&amp;nbsp; Effectively this means that one gets only 3/4 tank use (at maximum) when one of the tanks reaches 1/4 full.&amp;nbsp; Is there any workaround?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
