Disable Advanced Features: If using Windows, you can disable advanced printing features. Go to Devices and Printers, right-click your printer, select Printer Properties, navigate to the Advanced tab, and uncheck "Enable advanced printing features."

TS3720 printer stopped printing text docs in that when page prints out no text shows. Photo file formats do print fine.

I updated driuvers, switched usb cable to no avail.

Any ideas?

Thx
