      <description>&lt;P&gt;Although the 280 cartridge was still 1/3 full, I changed it anyway. &lt;P&gt;When printing does not appear as expected, please follow all of the steps provided on this page from the TS9521C's manual:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://mycanon.usa.canon.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS9521C and then click on the Product Support button.
