      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you remove the tape? Is it a Canon Cartridge? I read that this might help:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After it ask you to load the ink cartridge. Load them and press the Ok button.&amp;nbsp; Press the Ok button for all the steps it asks you to complete for loading the cartridge.&lt;/P&gt;
