      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use windows 10. I do not know what drivers are loaded. Everything worked fine until it didn't. I tried going to the ij.start.canon site and downloading newer drivers, but that failed too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
