TR8520 Prints solid white band on JPG pics

I updated my drivers and firmware, but it still prints a solid white band about 1/3 of the page across all JPG pic I try to print. How do I solve this please?

I'm no where as smart as you with computers. I did click the link and it offerd some updates to different versions of windows. I have 20h2 build 19042.867 and I idn't see any that applied to me. Thanks for your help. Won't bother you anymore. I may just buy a new printer or use an old Vista laptop to print from.
