    <description>&lt;P&gt;im not sure what to do, print queue simply says 'error printing' and nothing I do on the printer itself shows up on my laptop. Im printing using a wired connection if that helps, please help as soon as possible as I need these prints done by tonight, really sorry for any inconvenience&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Never mind i found the issue! no idea how it happened but my printer had 3 different options as printer, printer(1) and printer(copy 1), printer (1) works&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows installed it three times for some reason, just printer is the original install,&amp;nbsp; printer(1) means first copy&amp;nbsp; printer (copy 1) is a copy of the copy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
