I a Pixma TR4720 printer, I just bought a new Canon 257 Black ink Cartridge. I loaded in with no problem and then went to align the print head. I started to Print the Alignment page and I noticed the estimated ink remaining icon was at the full mark. As the printer started to print the alignment page the indicator for the black went to half full. This happened before the printer even started printing. I don't believe it should have dropped that much just printing one page. Something is wrong and this isn't the first time it's happened. I can't keep buying ink just to print a couple of pages. Any suggestion on what I can do or do I have to go and buy another Brand of printer. Thanks
