    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a HP desktop using Microsoft Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; It printed a statement from my bank but would not prinnt a copy of a bill sent to my email account.&amp;nbsp; It just shows it's spooling but never prints and eventually disappears.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Does anyone know how to remedy this.&amp;nbsp; Never had this issue with any other Canon printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What email program are you using? The built in outlook program is notoriously bad when printing from it. Anytime your printer works with one program but not another it is not the printer's fault.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You are not alone with this issue, as I am not either:&lt;/P&gt;
