&lt;P&gt;This printer is 15 yrs old.&amp;nbsp; The error means the waste ink absorber pads are full.&amp;nbsp; The pads are not user serviceable and special software is needed to reset the ink counters.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Consider the Canon upgrade program which provides a small discount and free shipping on a new device.&amp;nbsp; After 15 years, I'm sure you've received a good return on your investment.&amp;nbsp; Upgrade Department:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a PIXMA MX330 Canon All-in-one printer. The alarm light is flashing with the code 5B00. What is the fix for this? I took it to Geek squad and they were unable to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
