Hi Ajazwinski! Thanks for posting in the Canon Community Forum. I understand that you are looking for brightness control options for your MAXIFY G3270.

Sorry. There is no printer driver available for Mac computes with this model. It is compatible with Mac Air Print, so you do not need a driver. When you print, the only setting options available to you will be those offered through Mac Air Print.

Here are links to sections of the manual that discuss your options with Mac computers:

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/PrinterDriver/M/G3070%20series/1.0/EN/PPG/dg-c_pc_basic.html

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/PrinterDriver/M/G3070%20series/1.0/EN/PPG/dg-printer01_01.html

If you need to adjust the brightness of your prints, you will need to edit the image or document with program that is capable of that type of adjustment. For example, with photos, you can adjust the brightness with Adobe Photoshop. If you need to adjust the brightness of a PDF document, you can do so with Adobe Acrobat Pro. I understand that these examples are programs that you must pay for, but there may be free ones out there that you can use in their place. It’s also possible that your computer may have some apps with editing features already. You can contact the Mac to see if they can make any recommendations.

I hope this information helps. Thanks again.

PIXMA G3270 How to adjust Print Settings on a Mac

I am trying to print on a Megatank G3270 using a Mac (Sequoia 15.7.1) at 50% brightness. However the print dialog box does not give me any options to adjust the brightness or color settings. The only option I have is a quality drop down box that allows me to select Normal, Best, or Draft. I need to print at 50% opacity. Any suggestions on how to do this?

You can adjust the brightness of your document or image using a pre-print program, change it to an image if a pdf or doc file, and then edit it using the Photos app on your Mac, save and then print the adjusted copy.
