Pixma G3260 Error 5200, Won't Run Cleaning or Flush

I've had this issue before and managed to clear it doing cleaning and ink flush, per Canon's recommendation.

This time, however, the cleaning and ink flush cycles don't run and sometimes code 5200 comes up when trying to run the cleaning.

I assume I need a new print head, but is there a way to know for sure?

Since the error comes back and the printer won't complete a flushing cycle, the printer will require service.

If the printer is in its 1-year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

I was able to fix this issue simply by reseating the print head
