      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had this issue before and managed to clear it doing cleaning and ink flush, per Canon's recommendation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This time, however, the cleaning and ink flush cycles don't run and sometimes code 5200 comes up when trying to run the cleaning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume I need a new print head, but is there a way to know for sure?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Since the error comes back and the printer won't complete a flushing cycle, the printer will require service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
