I actually took it to a computer repair place. They pointed out to me that when I am ready to scan a document, I have the ability to change the resolution level. It is set at 75. So I moved it to 150 or even 200 and voila! Clear documents! But what's scanned and blurry obviously stays blurry. But aat least the new ones are clear. I'm surprised nobody here came up with this solution! But I hope it helps someone else.

Hi, I would love any suggestions to rid my scanner of blurry scanning! I have a macOS sonoma 14. It is connected wirelessly. I think I've had the printer for about a year-ish. It was fine and then several months ago - blurry!!!

Thanks!

Hi,

To determine if this is a hardware or software issue, please make a copy directly from the printer. Once it prints, please let us know if the image come out blurry as well?

We look forward to your reply.
