    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just installed a brand new PG-245 Canon Ink Cartridge. And it keeps saying that it's not installed. Troubleshooting steps I've already taken: Cleaning contacts with a clean cloth, with a qtip with rubbing alcohol let it dry and tried installing, unplugged the printer and let it stay off for 10 min reinstalling the ink cartridge turned it back on, turned off the printer uninstalling the cartridge-installed the cartridge turned it back on, the protective film was removed before installation. Tried resetting the printer by holding down the stop button, nothing happened there. Reinstalled the software on the computer, which has done nothing to clear the error on the printer. Can't get a hold of actual support to help, so am turning here for anything that I haven't thought of yet. Is there any more troubleshooting I can do to get it to recognize a new Canon ink cartridge?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The PG-245 ink cartridge is not compatible with the PIXMA TR4722&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your PIXMA TR4722 uses the following ink cartridges:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PG-275 black&lt;BR /&gt;CL-276 color&lt;BR /&gt;PG-275XL black&lt;BR /&gt;CL-276XL color&lt;/P&gt;
