Hi!! I really need help with my printer, I don't know how do I find Ink absorber of the Printer TS3420. The printer prints pink/yellow now and I don't know how to fix it. I don't know where to find the absorber and I don't know how to clean it. Hope you guys can give me instructions and hope you guys can help me.

Hi,

The waste ink absorber is a part inside of your printer that absorbs excess ink used in the cleaning and printing operations. Printing can be performed until the waste ink absorber becomes full. When the message changes to indicate that the waste ink absorber is full, printing cannot be performed, and the printer needs to be serviced.

If the printer is in its 1-year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
