I pulled front paper Tray (top one) and now cannot get it back into printer TR7020. Afraid I might break it.

The TR7020 is a poorly designed piece of crap. It is also poorly manufactured. If you add to the bottom feet, it will elevate the printer and help resolve the 'sagging' of the tray. Again, this is simply poor design and manufacture.
