    <description>&lt;P&gt;Resolved.&amp;nbsp; I went to this YT video&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjMQARvlMOo" target="_blank"&gt;How to Fix Canon Pixma Printer Paper Pickup / Feeder Problems. Roller cleaning. MG3600&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and noticed in the back transport area the roller was dislodged and I had to put it back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Canon MG 3600 Paper Jam issue HELP!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help!&amp;nbsp; I'm at the end of my rope and ready to just buy a new printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep getting errors and can't print because of a paper jam.&amp;nbsp; I went to the back transport area and pulled out a tiny piece of paper.&amp;nbsp; I have a flashlight and keep looking for more paper and there is none in the front tray area or the back transport area.&amp;nbsp; If you had this problem please tell me what tools -you used to find the paper.&amp;nbsp; It must be a teeny piece and naked to the eye.&amp;nbsp; I troubleshoot 3-4 times and get this screen:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Lwright48_0-1758395643329.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/70181i116EF52954FE3171/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Lwright48_0-1758395643329.png" alt="Lwright48_0-1758395643329.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when I go to test print I get this screen:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Lwright48_1-1758395720747.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/70182i4D3800F6AC51E36E/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Lwright48_1-1758395720747.png" alt="Lwright48_1-1758395720747.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot see the paper IF there is paper.&amp;nbsp; Any other advice.&amp;nbsp; Need help quickly!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
