    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi barbarella,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 5,156,69 error indicates that security software on your computer is blocking the Canon software from communicating with the scanner.&amp;nbsp; Please temporarily disable the security software and attempt to scan again.&amp;nbsp; If you are able to scan with the security software disabled, please contact that security software's technical support for assistance allowing the Canon software access through the software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting this error: Can not communicate with scanner. When I try to scan, this pops up. There are codes 5, 156,69. I checked the cable, made sure its connected. Everythings as it should be. I can scan through the Properties but It won't scan through the Canon Quick menu.&amp;nbsp; I have a MG 2520 scanner.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions welcomed.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
