      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to go and continue but in step 5 where it says to select install update I do so and it appears a message saying: update failed. check printer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A safety mechanism exists that checks the file before it's applied, because if the update fails during installation, your printer may not operate correctly or at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
