      <description>&lt;P&gt;You people have put me through HELL this past week!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because one of the ink cartridges on my Canon Pixma MG5300 is empty, NOTHING will work anymore!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even the scanner won't work. I need the scanner to work because bureaucracy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error code is C000&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing I try works!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get rid of this evil error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please tell me how I can get this thing to work again, or I will tell everyone I know never to buy a Canon product.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
