    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got this printer MG3650 and installing on windows 10:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have downloaded the driver and everytime i load up it fails :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FAILED TO ACQUIRE INFORMATION ON THE DRIVER AND SOFTWARE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;i have gone through FORUMS and tried everything and useless&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Tried it running as Administrator&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Restarted the computer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Restartes the BTS windows services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Stopped the BTS service and install drivers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. I do have internet. I am connected&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Using windows10 pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7. Not using VPN or proxys&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HELP !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
