      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a canon 920 series.&amp;nbsp; I have always been able to scan.&amp;nbsp; THe printer will not scan get error&amp;nbsp; code:5,156,69 that the printer is off or usb not connected.&amp;nbsp; Which is false because I am able to send documents to printer to print with no issues.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to update the drivers and I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still getting the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
