I have a canon 920 series. I have always been able to scan. THe printer will not scan get error code:5,156,69 that the printer is off or usb not connected. Which is false because I am able to send documents to printer to print with no issues. I have tried to update the drivers and I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still getting the same error.
